Terms and Conditions of Posting Comments
The views expressed in comments posted on the SAF website reflect those of the author, and do not reflect the official views of SAF.
When posting comments, you agree that you will not:
- Post material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonating, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by SAF in its sole discretion.
- Post material that infringes on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Post advertisements or solicitations.
- Post chain letters or pyramid schemes.
- Impersonate another person.
- Allow any other person or entity to use your identification for posting or viewing comments.
- Post the same note more than once or “spam.”
- Post anything regarding prices, pricing practices, credit terms, terms and conditions of sales, market share or any discussion of business matters that might have implications under prevailing anti-trust laws, including comments regarding possible boycotts or concerted refusals to deal with other business entities.
By posting, you agree that you will indemnify SAF against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of a claim by a third party relating to any material you have posted.
Terms and Conditions of Creating a Group
SAF hopes its members find the groups a convenient and effective way to interact and exchange ideas with fellow members across the country and globe. SAF reserves the right to deny formation of a group or terminate a group whose very purpose appears to be to defame, harass, abuse, slander or threaten another person or entity.
